Dead Sea Salt

Dead Sea salts are one of the best ways to help improve skin condition and detox at the same time. Shay and Company offers two sizes of pure Dead Sea salts, fine and coarse grind.

Dead Sea salts are mined directly out of the Dead Sea and are completely unfiltered, unaltered mineral salts. Pure Dead Sea salts provide the following benefits:

Magnesium- Magnesium helps benefit more than just the skin. We are all deficient in magnesium. We do get magnesium from food but not enough to replenish our needs. Soaking in baths where you add Dead Sea salts and Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salts) can help to balance out that magnesium deficiency. Magnesium helps to decrease depression, improves sleep, reduces muscle aches and pains, help relieve symptoms from acne, eczema, psoriasis and dry skin, helps to improve nerve communication, and helps with issues such as ADHD, anxiety, PMS and more.
