At Planet Refills, your satisfaction matters to us! If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange for eligible online purchases.

To qualify, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and labels intact. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email with your store credit or exchange confirmation.

Final Sale items, including discounted merchandise, bulk refills, and gift cards, are not eligible for return or exchange.
